She makes wildly popular food for backpackers and brings that same passion to hunting

Heather Kelly is the Founder of Heather’s Choice – a food startup out of Anchorage, Alaska. Their mission is to provide healthy, nutrient-rich meals and snacks for adventurers, sourcing high-quality, whole foods ingredients to create packable, dehydrated provisions.

Heather has a degree in Evolutionary Nutrition and is also a skilled athlete, having rowed on Western Washington University’s varsity team.

But Heather’s culinary education started long before her university days, with a mother who valued quality, local, organic food. Today, Heather is a hunter and she’s humbled and grateful for the opportunities hunting presents. This is Heather’s connection – this is Heather’s story.
